Big Questions Remain Over Connecting Communities Project

In February 2010 the Labour Government awarded North Wes Leicestershire District Council a grant of £45,000 to develop the ‘voice of young people’. Council officers attended the February Measham Parish Council meeting to outline the work that was to be undertaken.

Tory-Lib Dem cuts will devastate local services

Treasury figures now say that this budget will mean the loss of approximately 1.3 million jobs across both public and private sectors that is the equivalent to putting more that the whole of Birmingham out of work.
